How to Lock Shared Notes

You can set the time when students can write in the shared note on a per-class basis. A locked shared note will be in "View Only" mode, preventing students from editing.

How to Lock

Press "Lock Now" in the Class Management Tool to lock the shared note for the entire class.

How to Unlock

Select how long to unlock from "Lock Shared Note" and the lock will be released. Once the specified period has passed, the note will automatically lock again and return to "View Only" mode.
